How did you do that Game Boy effects?

Crunched video down to 160x144, desaturated, added a RetroDither plugin and gave it the Game Boy palette with Colorama: www.color-hex.com/color-palette/45299 Also, used "Posterize Time" to set it to 5 FPS.
