Shrek The Musical ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
In this vlog I go to see Shrek The Musical on tour at the Manchester Opera House. I went to a Thursday evening performance which started at 7.30pm. I was sat in the Stalls for this show on row X seat 6 and I paid £13 for my ticket. The view from this seat was good & I would definitely sit there again.
The show was so much fun, the perfect family musical.
Featuring a stellar cast lead by theatre legend Antony Lawrence (The Lion King, Mary Poppins, Matilda the Musical, We Will Rock You) as Shrek, Strictly Come Dancing star and leading lady Joanne Clifton (Strictly Come Dancing, The Addams Family) as the beloved Princess Fiona, Olivier-Award nominated James Gillan (Everybody’s Talking about Jamie, Wicked, Taboo!) as the evil Lord Farquaad, and theatre favourite Brandon Lee Sears (Dreamgirls, Come From Away, Motown) as the loveable Donkey.
Leave your troubles Far Far Away and join the adventure as Shrek and Donkey endeavour to complete their quest of defeating the dragon and saving Princess Fiona. Featuring fabulous songs including ‘I’m A Believer’, ‘Big Bright Beautiful World’ and ’I Know It’s Today’. Shrek the Musical has cemented itself as the “musical extravaganza for big kids and little kids alike”.
A perfect night out for the whole family, this award-winning show is the unmissable musical spectacular for all ages and will have you singing and dancing all the way home.

I saw this on the 8th, and I was sat on the 3rd row from the back in the grand tier, our view was spectacular!!! We met the cast and they are the most wonderful people!

From Deansgate-Castlefield you can get to the opera house in 3 minutes at regular walking speed, if you get off and go to the stairs at the end of the car park with the yellow railing, go down the stairs and turn left, take a right at the first road, walk past the science and industry museum, carry on down that road and then turn right you are just on the road of the opera house and just need to cross over and walk straight ahead

Brilliant video . Really enjoyed that. Looks great with a fabulous cast aswell. Looking forward to seeing Shrek in Glasgow and Edinburgh on the tour .
