NICE, I know you commented on Paul's Shrewsbury one but didn't think you'd do your own!!! Nice and up to date with Transport for Wales and West Midlands Railway! And a Virgin Trains service that isn't early terminating :-P I'd like to see (hear) more Ruth / Glyn & Ruth videos like updated Cardiff Central (valleys), Cardiff Central (wider network) and Swansea, as well as at stations that haven't featured before like Cardiff Queen Street where Cardiff Bay services are announced, Carmarthen which is an odd one to be missing, Newport (English then Welsh rather than the other way round, also has "the next bus"), Chester which has Northern and Merseyrail, and Cambrian Lines stations with Glyn & Ruth like Aberystwyth (single platform "Platform 1" and has Glyn announcing Welsh translated placenames not heard in the other direction at Shrewsbury), Machynlleth (Glyn's Welsh Pwllheli announcement) and Pwllheli (single platform "this station") I think it's important to capture all that because Transport for Wales may replace Glyn & Ruth...

which would have been before 2003! though you may not like the change to the Atos system voiced by Ruth Mitchell, the PA system was entirely replaced; the sound projector speakers have a wider frequency range than the old re-entrant horns so an improvement in that respect. The current refurbishment work is affecting the sound dispersion; once the platform canopies are redone this will be back to normal.
