Shreya is the next generation of Lataji. To become the top most singer she has to keep singing Lataji's songs. Like, Sonu Nigam reached at the peak singing Rafi's song. Anybody can give 100% for their own songs, but to sing others songs as good as the original is a big challenge. So, Shreya keep going. Nobody can beat you.

At the beginning , everybody From Lata (Noorjehan ), Rafi (GM Durani), Koshor & Mukesh ( Saigal), Heman t(Pankaj Mullick), Mahendra Kapoor (Rafi), Asha ( Lata ) , Kumar Shanu & Aveeji t(Kishore), Udit & Sonu & Shaan ( Rafi),Suman & Anuradha & Alka & Kavita & Shreya ( Lata) followed some legend to gain prominence. Thereafter they became legend themselves on their own individual singing talent and songs only ! Rare few like Geeta, Talat, Sachin Dev Burman , Rahul Dev Burman, Mubaraq Begum, Sudha Malhotra, Aarti Mukherjee, Sharda, Vani Jairam came with their individuality from the start. Some gained prominence, some lost out to their luck.
