If I am not wrong, there are few more stories associated. The vyaghra is worshiped , as it was showing path to pilgrims in the deep forest. Even its believed that the head of the goddess is slightly tilted by the flowers offered with great respect by a devotee.

The temple doesn't respect GSB Kulavis. They never give rooms for GSBs to stay at the premises. Sadly, the temple belongs to Marathi Karhades and hence this discrimination. I assume there are no GSB mahajans or the Karhades must have ousted them for some reason
