May i take the liberty & May i be permitted to make a gentle correction - the composition should read as - "Vidhyadheesha Shreepada Vodeyarige"- because the prefix of "Shree" has been inadvertently omitted. I apologise for pointing out this lapse in the lyrics. However, no offence meant to anyone.

Thank you so much for your comments. ಪಾದ ಎಂದರೆ ಚರಣ. ಕಾಲು feet ಎನ್ನುವದು ಒಂದು ಅರ್ಥ. ನಾಲ್ಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗ ಎಂದು ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಅರ್ಥ. ಪಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಚರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಬಹಳ ಅರ್ಥಗಳಿವೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಧೀಶ ಎನ್ನುವದು ಒಂದು ಪದ ಪಾದ ಎನ್ನುವದು ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪದ. ಶ್ರೀಪಾದ ಎನ್ನುವದು ರೂಢಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಪದ. ವಿಶೇಷಣವಾಗಿ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಪದ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಪಾದ ಎಂದು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸದೇ ಪಾದ ಎಂಬ ಪದ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾಧೀಶರ ಕೇವಲ ಕಾಲುಗಳು ಎಂಬ ಅರ್ಥವಲ್ಲದೇ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಅನೇಕ ಗೂಢಾರ್ಥಗಳಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೀಪಾದ ಎನ್ನದೇ ಪಾದ ಎಂಬ ಪದ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ.

However, since the Term "Vader" (Vadeyarige) follows the Word "Paada" in the Composition, i presumed that "Shreepada" is the most Appropriate Term - as it Forms Part & Parcel of the Title - "Shreepada Vader Swamiji"- that has been Conferred Upon Our Revered Swamiji from Times Immemorial. From the Interpretation of the Word "Paada" as Delineated in the Lyrics - then some other Word other than "Vader" would have been more Appropriate in the Context of the Explanation Offered.
