I concur with the comments of Hemant Ghayal. It is Ek Nishad Bihagada. In the Shyam Benegal movie, Pt Rajsekhar Mansur sang the entire song. did not hear this rendition. It is all Jaipur-Atrauli all the way! Thank you for posting your treasure trove on You Tube.
