It's been steamed for so long that the base of the rice paper has melted..
Was the rice paper too thin? I should have double-layered safety bread.
But when it cooled down, it became moderately chewy and delicious!
I usually like Vietnamese spring rolls, so I still have a lot of rice paper, I'll make it again and eat it..
[Cooking recipe]
1. Cut about 11 Shrimp, 2 shiitake mushrooms, and half a handful of chives.
2. Add sliced shrimp, 100g of minced meat, 2T of cooking wine, and pepper and mix first
3. Add shiitake mushrooms,chives, 2T soy sauce, 2T sesame oil, 1T sugar, 1/2T oligosaccharide, and 1T minced garlic and mix.
4. Put the filling in rice paper soaked in lukewarm water and wrap it up.
5. Put it in a steamer and steam it for about 7 to 8 minutes to complete! (I steamed it for 10 minutes and it was too much...ㅜ)
