I also love Trini Chinese food. But Chinese food in the Caribbean in general is very very interesting. Way more interesting and tasty (IMO) than the Chinese food you would find in either mainland China or mainland North America. I don't even like Chinese food but I've changed my mind since trying some fantastic Chinese dishes from countries like Trinidad, Jamaica, Guyana, and Suriname.
