Ingredients:
1lb RAW Large or jumbo shrimp
Sauce:
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup Water
2 1/2 teaspoons Rice vinegar
3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
2 tsps Fancy molasses
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 1/2 - 2 tbsps soy sauce
Fresh ground pepper (added of camera, you may add chili flakes as well)
Canola oil for stirfrying throughout
2 cups Brocoli Florets
8 - 10 Baby Carrots
1 small White onion
3 small Bell peppers different colours
Shrimp seasoned with:
2 tsps onion powder
2 tsps ginger powder
2 tsps garlic powder
Pinch of salt
2 - 3 tsps Minced ginger
1/2 tbsp or more minced garlic
Sesame seeds as desired
1Tbsp or more Green onions
Approximately 3 - 4 servings
