Johnny, I stopped eating shrimp, catfish, lobster, scallops and other such protein sources in 2009. I must confess this video brought back more childhood recipes. I am from Cali but I have Caribbean heritage and southern. I had the best of both worlds ;) You must come to Las Vegas and teach these chefs how to throw down!!! Great job as usual ;)
