It is an approximate method. This can be done by taking the first two digits in a round-off method like 243/817 consider it by rounding off to 24/82 answer will be 0.29

​@@bakulvij4522 I can solve this देखिए, मान लीजिए कि 343, 1283 का 1/4 है इसलिए यदि हम 1283 में 17 जोड़ते हैं तो यह 1300 हो जाएगा। चूंकि हमने माना है कि 343, 1300 का 1/4 है इसलिए यदि हमने 1283 में 17 जोड़ा है तो एक पल के लिए मान लो कि हमने 1283 में 16 जोड़ा है तो 343, 1283 का 1/4 होने के कारण हम इसमें 4 जोड़ेंगे और 343 में 4 जोड़ने से यह 343, 347 बन जाएगा। अतः हम 347 को 1300 से भाग कर देंगे, तो हमे 0.26 प्राप्त होगा। जो कि 343 को 1283 से भाग करने के बाद प्राप्त होगा। समझे कि नहीं?😊😊

Excellent trick. In case of 1236/2888; it will be better to add 112 with 2888 and 56 with 1236. Subsequent step will be easier
