Now with servers such as WCS, and Darkgru, they usually have team balancers in place. it helps. But I also agree...it was fun playing against larger amounts of enemies. sometimes felt like guerilla or spec ops

Their servers are like a bunch of adult-children screaming at each other over absolutely nothing and lame wannabe soldiers pretending the game is real life and barking orders or demanding you listen to them. It's honestly the cringiest shit I've ever seen.

​@@contra7631 The missions and story? I forgot those were a thing. I usually like setting up open ended scenarios for myself and I've killed thousands of hours that way. That's the best way I've found to play arma 3, set up an AI commander, give myself limited resources, and order the AI around like it's a boots on the ground RTS. Plus I can pick and choose what theatre of war I want, maybe I'm feeling Rus v Nato, maybe I'm in a Vietnam mood next week, or a WW2 mood the week after that. So cool. If you're relying on the story and missions then you're not going to like it, Arma is a creative man's game in my opinion. A creative person (with enough time on their hands :p) can tailor the entire thing to their liking and make their perfect game.

​@@ConflictVibing You have to download mods, but unlike previous Bohemia games that used the steam workshop, Reforger has its workshop built into the game. So you buy the game, go to the server browser, click on whatever server you want, and if its modded like DarkGru, it will download the mods for you and put you in the server. No additional registration needed for any mods/servers

The admins of darkgru are lame asf, same with their servers. They cry and complain so much, and nobody plays properly anyways. They also have a huge US bias, adding so much to that side, and disregard the Russian side, adding the bare minimum. There's a dozen better servers but everyone flocks to theirs because operatordrewski played on them.

The console players really ruin the arma experience most of the time, they think its a call of duty lobby or their highschool locker room. Never once heard one racist/terrorist thing in an arma game from the playerbase, after playing this game its literally every single game and sometimes all game long. I check the lobby and its a console player EVERY SINGLE TIME
