I wish shroud would grind apex hard. The third parties are frustrating at first but once you play enough you learn where people will be coming from/when a fights been going too long so you should backoff/ position yourself to let enemies meet the 3rd party so then you become the 3rd party. The pacing of fighting in this game is unique and dynamic and so much fun.

3rd party is def not an issue if u have ur eyes open, can swap shields and play close to cover with a fall back route. Most pro players will have fallback routes and often be able to manipulate the enemy pathing to 1 v 1s even when pinched. If you can put some distance between you can the fight and know when to engage or disengage its actually just free damage

I used to be a massive fan of shroud until I saw this. I really feel bad for the bronze, silver and Gold guys when you got 3 stack lvl Preds/semi pros in your lobby's, smurfing and mocking you when they kill you all the the time.. bigger question is why are they dying so much in silver lobby's

I don't think it matters much, he isn't smurfing, he is in bronze no matter what. Each ranked split you get deranked. He only gets to gold or plat before he quits. So he is naturally bronze. Same thing with Justin, pretty sure he doesn't play the game either so he is also bronze/silver. The only one smurfing is Timmy afaik. Either way, you are not going to stop friends from playing. Who could Shroud play with who he knows who isn't a pro player and beyond the 1 rank difference limit? I am sure if Shroud could get on his account as a bronze and play with Timmy against Masters/Diamonds he actually would, he would probably rather do this then easte time climbing.
