@juanmfer thank you for your comment. This drone is the key of A . You have a good ear. You may already know this music theory, but I will share an explanation for others who may wonder about this. As the reeds on this shruti box go from low C to high C, we are forced to use an “inversion” to make the interval of a 5th. The 5th of A which is the E you are hearing, is only available on this instrument at its lower octave, which is a 4th below the A . However, in all cases, these recordings use the interval of a 5th in order to be compatible with all scales, major and minor. The actual E drone, also available on KZbin and as a download via the link in the description, is made from the same E note, but with the B above as the 5th
