What about the debilitation of Mars in Cancer for Sagittarius ascendant which forms a tight conjunction with Jupiter and Moon ? Is the debilitation cancelled because of sitting Kendra to Moon ?

Sir, I am not sure if I missed a concept. But what about a plant that is neecb and then in retrograde motion. for example 1.)Mesha Rasi, Saturn in mesh but retrograde- is it neech bang? 2.) And then let’s say we add the 9th lord to Aries like you said is raj yog. So in this case, Jupiter in 1st house with Saturn. What results are to be expected? 3.)And what happens if rasi lord Mars becomes exhaled in 10th? Now both mars and Saturn aspect each other. What can we say is condition of Saturn? Thanks for your guidance.

It is never cancelled but effect is lesser than debilitating because it’s digbali means significations r better but houses will still get the effect 4th h of home, matters of the heart, peace and 5th house of children education will get affected
