I don't believe it's true that mid size give wide variety of work exposure. I think students should focus on building their profile. Having big 4 as part of working always help not only for applying for job but also approaching client for your practice. Again everyone has their own view , it's always important to consider various experience of other ( not article, but at higher in big 4 or mid size ).

@@mehboobkhan-xn5xr no if somebody tells me about his or her experience why I would be offended It is true that big 4 give better experience even I have decided for big 4 My brother a ca himself told me to join big 4 not mid size he worked at mid size he told me the experience there is great for a person who wants to start his practice but the ones who want to be employed should definitely go for big 4 I argued that since he worked at midsize he knowa every work whether be it tax audit or statutory or stock or whether be individual tax filling or GST works and even GST cases He agreed that its true but in job we want one profile you only get jobs if you detailed knowledge/experience about a field
