Could do one of the mario games, Odyssey and SM64 are right around an hour for normal speedruns I think. Hades would be cool too, but you can't 100% it in an hour (but you could definitely finish a full run in that time). Mirror's Edge is a cool game and speedruns take around 25-40m depending on which category you're running (at high levels at least). Peaks of Yore (act 1 specifically) would probably be around an hour if you're good enough at it, but it would take a while to do probably (more than an hour). ULTRAKILL is cool too, but I don't know how long that takes.

DS3 has some sort of volume issue that comes with tabbing. The game can be open and played while not being focused and thats when it gets really loud. I have not found a fix for it yet

The shuffler program puts them in a suspended state through scripts and whatnot, basically makes it not run at all when it's not the game being played
