Oh please Ikuto surpases Cat Noir by a landslide, I don''t think I've ever met someone who had watched this show growing up, not have a massive crush on Ikuto, same can't be said for Cat Noir. But tbh, I agree is some sense, MLB couldn't beat Ikuto with one character so they made Cat Noir and Luka to try to go against him by making Adrien the famous model (like Utau being the famous singer) and the Cat-like personality (like a hyperactive/outgoing Ikuto full of puns). And Luka being the mysterious edgy musician (his personality is somewhat similar to Ikuto's - them being somewhat introverted; they just changed his violin to a guitar and made him a snake boy)

Lol in the manga, he doesn't find his dad, but his dad reunites with ikuto and utau's mom at nikaidou and yukari's wedding and ikuto returns to amu

If you want to see amu and ikuto together I suggest you read the manga because in the manga amu is more in love with ikuto than tadase and they have more really cute moments in it. Ikuto doesn’t find is father but at wedding of Nikaido And yukari well his father show up but only with her mother. Utau and ikuto doesn’t know that their father is with her mother .But the manga end with the picture of amu and ikuto in the future At their wedding so we don’t know the future but we know that ikuto and amu are together in the future. ( we only see their hands but it counts 🙂)
