Context? Where did you order it ? If it was Amazon just contact customer services they will refund you Name and shame companies with bad customer service The first otter lasted 2 months the second replacement lasted a month, we now don't have an otter

don't order this product unless it's the fisher price original brand. otherwise you're risking getting ripped off and now here you are commenting this on a review of the legitimate product. go away and do your research before purchasing things online. it took me 2 minutes to find the proper product which is EXACTLY WHAT HE IS SHOWING. go elsewhere and complain. thank you for the review shug.
