Shula's Steakhouse and Phins Lobby Bar Review | Disney's Dolphin Hotel | Matthew's Birthday

Today, we went over to Disney's Dolphin Hotel to have dinner at Shula's Steakhouse for Matthew's birthday. Prior to dinner, we had a cocktail at Phins Lobby Bar.
Phins has been a favorite lounge for us in the past. We have always had a good experience there with both the drinks and the service. Tonight was a little lackluster. The bartender we got was very impatient and very rushed with us to the point that he actually sloshed our drinks all over the bar when he slammed them down for us. The drinks were just ok. Hopefully this was a one time issue. We were going to return after dinner for a nightcap, but decided against it after this encounter.
Shula's was good. The service was a little bit slow, but everyone was very nice, and the steak was very flavorful and cooked excellently. The drinks at Shula's were also quite good. Mine was one of the best drinks I have had in a while. The atmosphere was a little louder and more rambunctious than we expected, but it was still a good dinner.
