As a law enforcement officer, this crosses a line of ethics and goes right into a form of defamation of character, assault, harassment and cyber bullying. I don't know what the back story is but going live on social media to intentionally humiliate some one is legal grounds for filing charges and all social media outlets where she uploaded and posted the video are admissible in a court of law as evidence of the previous listed charges as well as cyber bullying.
