The numbers that are listed are international numbers. It seems like they're translating from whatever language they speak to English. Sometimes when people who are from other countries try to translate things word from word, the translation comes out backwards. I think that's what is happening here, words got lost in translation; yet I might be wrong.

Actually the phone number is from Ghana. They wrote the sign exactly how you will say it in our local language. I guess no one was around to proofread and let them know how the sign reads and is translated in the English language. Pardon my people English is a second language to us.
