That was not a glitch, you can't heal unless you equip her ex weapon (assuming you are talking about the yuze weapon bit)

Shit at raid, although i have seen her be used in extremely high heal comps in COLO, like Craig Yuna Shuna Miya, the perma 30% extra defense she gives herself and her allies, plus her natural tankiness and healing chain skill makes that team extremely hard to kill, even if you use PD
