0:52 I think it's because her Shunko is incomplete at the time, no? In the anime she removed her captain's coat manually, it wasn't because of Shunko. Yoruichi's is complete, so her Shunko does blow off her clothes.

@@ZombiexJake Just checked the anime, Yoruichi says, and I quote 'When this technique is used in it's perfected form, a dense Kido envelops the user's back and shoulders.' 'In other words, when this technique is used any fabric on the back and shoulders would be blown off.' (Episode 56) The fact Soi Fon hadn't even realized that fact and connected the dots on why the Stealth Force uniform is designed in that way supports the idea that the imperfect version doesn't. Having said that. I want to see Soi Fon's sideboob. So I would be happy to see this changed even if it isn't lore accurate. :)
