Did anyone else notice according to the gauge on the 08's main tank, it's running on fumes!

08's got a header tank that holds 70 gallons of fuel, so zero on main tank does not mean the loco is empty

He's giving hand signals to the driver, which is what was done before radios were cheap and small enough to issue to all the personnel. In North America at least, there are "Day" signals (Come Here/ Go Away) which aren't dependent on which way the engine is facing, and "Night' signals (Forward / Reverse) which depend on which way the designated front of the locomotive is facing.

I've looked up 65033 and found out that It's a J21 0-6-0 tender engine designed by T.W worsdell and was built in 1889. It's the only survivor of its class.
