I walked out movie my last time at a theater years ago. I told the worker I wanted my money back because I couldn't hear the movie due to the talkers Infront of us. They refunded me and kicked out the noisy kids

And you shoot them a dirty look, they respond by being even more obnoxious. Flashing their phone screens even more. I do remember when ushers would toss people from the theater and you didn't even need to tell them there was a problem. They would walk around looking for issues. I haven't been to a theater in the US in years. I did go to a movie in Japan and that was such a great experience that it wouldn't matter what the movie was. Talk about a communal experience. Everyone is quiet, no phones out, and they really do sit through all the credits to show respect for the people that made the movie.

💯 ! I about lost my mind a few weeks ago. I was the only person in the theater aside from a couple. Everything was cool until the movie ended. They got up and left. I make my way towa5the front, casually looking for random trash as i usually do. It looked like a warzone where they were seated. Popcorn everywhere, both softdrinks were there(one sideways on floor) and dirty Kleenex tissues allover. I was LIVID. Hurried out to catch them. Turns out they were black. I dont care who made the mess, i just know what would have happened if i said something

You must be under 20 years old. All theaters have a quiet policy during the movie and you can get kicked out. That rule is in place for people like you, the kind with little to no brain cells

Why I stopped wasting my money at any type of movie theater, etc. I don't care what type of entertainment it is. The public is extremely out of hand and you do not get your money worth. Movie theater. I am there to watch and enjoy a movie. Not to be entertained by the public. I do miss the movie theaters badly. Yet. No thinks. I go to Mini Mart now and buy my popcorn and soda. Home to watch a movie. Thanks, public.
