Another reason he said "that video" and other such vagueness could be because while it seems to be an apology or admitting to something, it's actually not. A lawyer can use that vagueness to say that he doesn't actually admit to specific actions or specific persons in a case being tried, and thus not an admission to guilt. Idk.
