I found that watching graffiti relieves my anxiety, but some channels do a lot of cuts and fast-forwards. I envy people who can visualize in three dimensions, being able to add shadows and depth is something I can only dream of being able to do.

It's from doing it so much you start to see the shadows when they are not even there. It's all in practice, and you are totally capable.

Think of it as just remaking the letter or object behind the original and then filling in the gaps, or you could thicken one side and keep the other smaller

Colour blind doenst mean u cant see colours and see everything grey. It just menas that some colours look the same as others and pretty muddy or greyish
