Heck yea! Did a smaller scale version of this 8-9 years ago, a 100w mono block and 2 6x9s off a 12ah sla battery. Definitely not as loud as this but still stupid loud, louder than the cars as our highschool lol. Then built a BassPack lv2 that has a 4ch alpine amp running 4x 4x6s and an 8” sub. not much bass but it’d vibrate your soul while wearing it lol.

@@kevinlechner7722 The JBL quotes 160w, so i am willing to bet its 160w peak power otherwise they'd avertise it as 160w RMS. For the $400 price tag you would not be sad with either the JBL or Sony, but there is nothing quite as satisfying as building something yourself. The audio quality will be much better from the JBL or Sony, box design is difficult for a backpack.

@@mobettaspice If you built it yourself, using the speakers he used, you'd spend no more than $250 on the speakers and horns, $200 on a good amp, and well the battery is anyones guess how much capacity it has. But I'd say no more than $150 if you looked around a bit. Cost to make the enclosure obv could be anything but using pvc sheets from HD and any backpack I would say total cost can't be more than $750 usd plus the time to put it together.

@@MorbidMindGamingLLC we can do that. I do a lot of custom car audio stuff. I 3D print a lot of things for installs. I also do water coolers that roll that are still functional. Any kind of cooler with wheels work great. I haven't done a ride on cooler yet, but I see it being awesome already!

The funniest ones are the dudes with subs with literally no enclosure that are literally doing nothing as they're in free air. The horns don't need an enclosure at all and will be loud regardless but a 6" subwoofer in an enclosure sounds louder than 2 18s in free air. But to them it sounds good so w/e lmao.

@@juliencedric3633 Just looked it up, looks to be some overpriced startup garbage. 3x72wrms like under 250wrms total. Each one of those horns does 100wrms and the 8" mids do 225w each. So assuming he has a proper amp, his setup can output 650wrms. Only over twice as loud as Soundboks. But keep advertising lol. Also, the JBL Partybox 710 costs $200 less than your Soundboks and supposedly does 800w, which I doubt but I trust JBL more than some random startup.
