Thank you so much for showing how to do this - I have seen other videos about how to do the interlocking rings, but your explanation is the easiest to understand - I now have to go give it a try.

That's fantastic! It makes me really happy when people enjoy my videos. I would love to know how you go with your next try of rings.

This is very helpful for making interlocking rings without using the Celtic shuttles. :) Thank you so much!

Thanks Noo Bear for your tatting videos. I have been having fun with them lately. The content is explained very well! And you speak so well and have great video quality. I was successful with the interlocking rings on my second attempt. I did have some difficultly starting to tat the sixth ring. You just jumped from setting up the threads to having the ring ready to close. I have taken a photo to show you, but I have no idea how to attach a pic!

Hi Ruth, I am so glad you are enjoying the videos! Thank you for your lovely comments. I'm sorry you had problems with the final ring; since the only difference in tatting the final ring is the way it is interlaced through the other rings, I jumped to the end.... after watching it again now, I see your point and probably should have shown the start of that ring. It can be tricky to give 'enough information' without 'overloading' and have people lose interest.... I'm glad you were able to work it out!

Finally got it third time around very grateful for this video had to keep going back to the beginning closing the first ring to make certain of the moves to close all the rings properly ( and I had the clips to clip the rings in order yay ) and then play and replay joining the first and last rings could never have done this from a book so big shout out to Noo Bear’s very clear and explicit instructions and awesome demonstration thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️ ps I would love to know your first name please

Thank you! So happy that you enjoyed it. I'm a little bit spoilt - my Dad made my shuttle. 😊

Hello I’m having difficulty with the long twelve picot twelve twisting not laying nicely like yours I can straighten it when closing the ring what am I doing to cause this it hasn’t happened elsewhere I am using thread from a new ball of Lizbeth which I have just started trying out this brand instead of DMC and notice I have to let the shuttle n thread untwist frequently got any notions about what’s happening thanx

Hi Susan, I'm not following what you mean by 'long twelve picot' - so I'm not going to be much help here! As for Lizbeth thread... we all have our preferences. Personally I don't like Lizbeth - it has a crazy amount of twist and as you have already said, I spend more time letting the shuttle dangle than actually tatting. hehe Lizbeth has beautiful colours etc, I just can't be bothered battling the twist.
