Sekigahara is about the most important battle in Sengoku Japan. The battle of Sekigahara. It was Tokugawa Ieyasu moment to successfully unify Japan. The song is a battlecry to increase the Tokugawa Ashigaru’s Morale. Eventually, they won the war, Tokugawa Ieyasu was named shogun and the Tokugawa shogunate continued to reign for the next 300 years.
The song also covers the Ashigaru’s experiences on the field during the clash. Heads rolling, allies going down left and right, and staring down the face of death without faltering. As the Samurai and Ashigaru’s are always ready to give up their lives for honor.
