Ive been using job scan for 2 months and have been denied on over 50 tailored resumes. One thing you mentioned is that the ATS only reads one page ill give that a try i thought since it was scanning it being 2 pages wasnt a big deal I was using docs but I recently switched to pdf because I kept getting rejected

You mentioned that we should avoid using italics but in the template you shared, italics are used a lot many times.

Thank you so much ❤ ATS is especially used while screening in international job applications. The same pointers apply to all kinds of opportunities where online screening is done using ATS. 1. Most small & medium enterprises don't use ATS - HRs manually screen the resumes. However, with increasing usage of AI, this process will get automated for all organizations in the long run. 2. Yes, it is especially used on LinkedIn because of the nature of the platform. If you look at any job application, it has over 500 applicants, it is not feasible for an HR to manually scan so many resumes (also considering there will be multiple other platforms from where the candidates can apply). LinkedIn's Easy Apply parses the resume using this tech, so must optimize your resume before applying to LinkedIn jobs.
