Hi Udoh, you’re welcome. Yes, it is stated in the submission instruction “Do not include the instruction in the file” Also take note of the required number of pages for each of these documents and how they should be submitted. “Any additional pages will be disregarded”.

Hi dear, Thank you this video. I have been working remotely for two years and sometimes I work two or three full time jobs at a time. How can I show this seeing that my two full time roles are overlapping each other in terms of work hours. Also one company I work for is in the US and they don't have an official manual stamp yet cos its still a tech start up. Is it okay if they use online stamps? Then finally, the forms given to us are we meant to print it out and fill it manually or can we fill it electronically?

Thank you very much, Atinuke! About the stamp, one of my work experiences doesn't have a stamp. They use watermarked letterheads as opposed to stamps. I saw that a notary office stamp or digital signature can be used instead, but what do you advise?

It’s my pleasure . Had a similar experience with one of my job experiences. We had to get the stamp and that was what I used. Not sure about the notary process or how it works as I never used that.

Hi, I didn’t have to any conversion, so I’m sorry I don’t know how it works. You might have to look that up. I had a Bachelor’s degree(4 years program) and that was sufficient proof for my first degree.

Hi Bidemi, I don’t see where it’s explicitly stated to use it or not to use it(as much as I’ve seen). So, I believe that you can use it. When filling out the work experience forms, there are options to choose from(volunteer, internship, employment and co).

Hello, The merging of pdfs mentioned here was for the SI work and leadership experience forms as according to the instructions. Your documents should be uploaded as instructed. As for transcript, you’ll need to check in with your university.

Hi, you’re welcome. I’d recommend submitting work experience forms for each of your three experiences if you can get them. I also had 3 but submitted 2. What I don’t recommend is submitting just 1 (this is my opinion).

Hi, As you’ve stated, it’s your selected university requesting for it and I can’t help you with that as I didn’t need to do that. You can look up what’s required and who it ought to come from. Reference letters for SI Scholarships applications was what I referred to in this video and not recommendation letters.

Thank you for the wonderful information. My passport will expire by July this year. And passport office said for me to be able to renew it, it has to be at least 6months before expiration. My question is, can i use the passport to secure admission first then go for renewal before visa application.

You’re welcome ✨ Firstly, I’m not talking based on fact just based on what I think might work. I think you can go ahead to do what you’ve stated. You still have about 6 months which should be sufficient. There’s also an option for you to renew next month (the 6 months stated by The Passport office).

Hi Peace, The instructions are to be dully followed. I sent soft copies to the people in position of filling it out(answering the questions). Then, printed it out for the stamp, signature and date. For one of my employers, she printed it out, did the stamp and co, then scanned it to me. I didn’t have to meet her physically. Thankful to her ! I followed the instructions and only used the template provided to prove my leadership experience, I didn’t submit additional proof.
