That was actually what I too noticed immediately even though the vocals are absolutely amazing. The low riff at the end of the chorus gives this song a unique fingerprint. Good that she left it a bit louder than probably most would have done in the mix. I listen to this with relatively well balanced headphones and it really punches every time.
