No words to describe how stunning Sia is. This song is gold. Also, I don't get why people complain about her cracking voice at 3:01? This is the best proof that she sings her heart out and put all the emotion she has in her song. Sia is one of the best artist in the world right now. And the fact that she doesn't show up on stage or TV shows is very respectable as she only wants to be judged on her voice and song writing. Very well done. She deserves the world, and she will get it. YOU GO SIA!

Why? Sia has only 2 singles so far, a regular album has 3 or 4 singles.. even 5... I really hope Sia chose this AMAZING song for single in the future. Or it is confirmed that this song won't be a single?? Or is just a guessing? Although is a ballad I think would be great in charts, just like the first 2 singles did

Do people not realize that the voice "crack" was intentional?? Celine Dion who's voice is FLAWLESS "cracked" her voice once.. Why?? THE FEELS.... just letting go, and not trying to control the voice.. Letting it be as it comes out.. Considering how great Sia is, I bet she can sing this entire song all day tomorrow and not "crack" If she chose to.. Raw emotion in music at its finest.

+Nicole Christina Definitely. You've described this song wonderfully. I don't think I've ever heard such a tragically resonating song as Eye of the Needle. Sia found a way to capture the horrible feeling of trying to hold onto a love that you know is gone, faking happiness even though you're dying on the inside, and knowing that even if you do let go, you'll always have the baggage of what once was. This is simply one of the greatest songs about trying (or not trying) to get over someone you love who is gone.

Best song on an already great album. Love Sia's voice. Sounds the most natural on this song. Sadly, this will never get radio/TV play because it doesn't have a distinctive 'hook' or that it's 'too slow'. The cracking in her voice is a much needed imperfection - something to remind us that there's an actual person singing this, not some f**king computer. :)

I think Sia's kind of doing the cracks on purpose...with that being said, she sounds AMAZING! I love them. She sings even higher on Chandelier without cracking, so I don't think it's because she's not able to reach the notes. I think it's a personal choice to use them, especially in a melancholic song such as Eye of the Needle. Those cracks make the song more emotionally personal, IMO! Beautiful song. This one and Fire Meet Gasoline should've been singles along with the other two tracks. They are the four best commercial songs on the album.
