I really like the raw insight that shows more of the prep for fights. It's an insane amount of tention in the air. I have fought 3 times in kickboxing and this is the most true representative video of how it's for fighters iv seen on youtube. Keep it up!

If the opponent is actively turning themselves away, like in this case, and the elbow happens to hit the back of their head it won't be a DQ.
