So Bob to explain what was done on your teeth at 10. You had a crown done, that is where the doctor will remove any decay (cavities) from the tooth, build the tooth up with a stronger composite (filling) that is strong enough with hold the crown . The doctor will shave down the tooth so the crown can fit over it. The crown resembles the original tooth that you were born with. Crowns typically last (depending on diet, care or even medications can affect your teeth) from 10-15 years or more. Very similar to a Veneer but better. You may have needed a root canal because even though you had the tooth covered, decay can still enter underneath your crown, which can go undetected during your cleanings because decay under a crown doesn’t show on an x-ray until it’s too late. The decay reached the nerve which is why they made you get a root canal. This is for anyone who is interested in reading all this lol. Btw I’m a dental assistant

Carbs aren't bad, it's a fad! You'll gain the weight when you go back eating normally AND YOU WILL. Trainers aren't nutritionist. And they like the "transformation" that doing low carb gives you and they tell ppl its because of their training. When you eat low carb you'll also EAT LESS CALORIES which is the actual thing that's making you lose weight. YOUTH CANNOT BEAT OR DEFY THERMAL DYNAMICS. calories in calories out. pee isnt sterile when it comes out of the orifice, it's sterile when it's still in the bladder though. also bob's right you can't drink pee when you're dehydrated in the dessert, it makes you more dehydrated.

Bob is right, eat first then brush as long as you don't have serious viral or bacterial infections in the mouth as to not swallow them and introduce them into the gi tract. The mouth forms a protective pellicle minutes after cleaning which provides a barrier to acidic foods so if you eat too soon after brushing you will have less protected teeth.

Dental caries occur from a combination of things coming together. The only genetic factor in cavities is if your teeth are more susceptible to decay. But in order to get cavities you need a carbohydrate source to feed the natural flora in your mouth and then they digest and poop in your mouth which is acidic in nature and begins to erode the dental enamel exposing the sensitive underlying dentin. Genetically, if your teeth have thinner enamel you can be more susceptible to caries OR if you experienced malnutrition in the developmental stages you will also be more susceptible. But you have to provide the bacteria a food source by not brushing and flossing properly or enough.

It's not great but when the alternative is nothing then it's great. Here in Australia and woman and her toddler went missing for a few days and they survived by drinking their own pee.
