i really love hearing waleska talk about the technicalities because even unintentionally you're echoing a lot of what bts has said themselves. whenever they watch them perform choreos the first time they always say how much better they can do it now because they've practiced it more and performed it many more times. they monitor their performances so closely as well and they have each other (esp hobi) to perfect everything.

MAP of the SOUL was so freaking epic, their concerts and tour would have been HUGE - bigger than anything else they'd done - after the promotions they did, not to mention what a masterpiece the album was - I think it's still one of my favourite (because I'm still not past LY: Tear lmao). The pandemic really put a halt on everything, but at least things are slowly getting better now. Hoping for chance to see them live xx

And this is exactly why we are not prepared for when BTS comes back to their original plans. BE and all the English releases were not planned, they were a response to the pandemic. Meanwhile, BTS and HYBE have always been a hundred steps ahead of everything, so it's pretty terrifying to know that BTS has something they've been planning for years that is yet to release 😵

@@alexis.george exactly, coz they must've been working on the upcoming album since may of 2020 when mots 7 promotions ended, maybe even before that coz we know that they start working on songs and concepts for the next era way before the ongoing era even ends. they also didn't release an album this year (AND they've been working extra hard lately - * namjoon and hobi on weverse and twitter lol *) so they must be busy with SOMETHING and I'm guessing that they're preparing for the whole next era (shooting videos, making music, maybe storyline stuff, concert planning). plus with all the "new era, new sound" hype that bh has been building with the "2022, new era" in the PTD teaser and the new 2022 seasons greetings teasers, everything is making it seem like the next era is about to be something very, very epic and special.

V is such an amazing dancer and he really deserved being part of the official dance line in 2018 because aside from his stage presence, the way he controls his body and makes use of it to fit the vibe of the song is just 🔥🔥 Also, you can see Suga missing a few times in these practices (one in their debut days when I think he may be injured or is working, and the few practices when he had his surgery). I wish we get to see more of his dancing (maybe a dance video with non-dance line members) as it'd be cool to witness the man who once did b-boying and is known to be the lightest on his feet among all of them.

3J just really always stand out…. It’s why they do so much and are always the little front triangle lol they dropped something for the butter remix and talked about doing something else for us before the year is over. I love BTS choreographies, I especially love to watch 3J (J-Hope, Jungkook and Jimin), the original dance line. They are so good and go so well together, but have all their unique personality and dance style. You can also see how much the other members for example RM and Jin improved compared to the old dances 💜

Totally agree. Apparently Waleska tries to minimize or ignore the impact JUNGKOOK has on viewers. At no point did she highlight any characteristics about her performance and when her brother wanted to do so she immediately downplayed JUNGKOOK to highlight JHOPE. Luckily, viewers have their own eyes and minds to know when a member stands out and leaves their mark. It is my personal opinion after seeing this reaction.

hobi and jimin is just nuts for everything. but jungkook is a power dancer. it's like this for me - hobi is so fluid, jimin is so elegant, and jungkook is so strong. that's the vibe i get when i see their dance styles. then we have taetae who's charismatic, yoongi who's so swagged out, joon who's manly/boyish, and seokjin who's exudes gallantry (so clean). idk. this is their dance vibes to me. 💜 what a group of talented men.

When Taehyung dances he is always is immersed in his character for that specific song. Also, I love that he always adds his own facial signature to each song or just minor hand movement details that aren't a part of the choreo. I have always believed Kim Taehyung (V) owned Mic Drop. It wouldn't have hurt if he was give more lines of the song. But his stage presence and facial expressions, his vocal ability and tonality suit the song so well. His dance moves were impeccable, crisp and clean. Kudos to the choreographer and performance director of Big Hit, Song Sungdeuk, who is the heart of their performances. He has trained the boys to the overall performers that they are now.

their individuality is so cool because together as a whole it just looks so beautiful but when you focus on each member you see what each of them brings to the table. when the mic drop dance practise released, taehyung at this moment 16:02 just became engraved in my mind. i love the way taehyung executes this move it's so satisfying and he made me hear a beat i didn't know existed in the song lmao. he understands groove really well (my guy knows how to move those SHOULDERSSSS) and it delivers really well in choreos like boy with luv, dynamite, black swan etc.

also yes taehyung was injured :( that didn't stop him from delivering though. vocals and looks wow. he had to sit out for the choreo but he sat on the chair and looked like a boss (lol the members said that). he was dancing in tiny too he's so adorable and i admire the effort he put in. i can't wait for them to perform in front of a live audience again because i know how much more fulfilling that feels for them! hopefully everything goes alright and the concerts happen safely and in good health

if you guys want to know the people behind the choreographies there's a video called "a guide to bts choreographers" pt 1 and pt 2 by joonie toon (though it was posted in 2018). this video gives info about the actual choreographers and shows some dances they've choreographed with bts. the channel Fandoms Unite also has a more recent video called "the people who made bts choreographies" though this one doesn't have info on the choreographers it shows which ones they choreographed. thought it could be smth you might want to watch in your own time or smth to react to if you wanted to

when i say i love this reaction i mean it because we share very similar opinions on the content we like to consume! i love dance practices that are sort of rough around the edges where you can see everything going on and i noticed this only tends to be for the dance breaks they do once for like an award show or online concert. one that isn't included in here is think is the N.O dance break they did for the MOTS ON:E online concert (it has elements of the choreo at 7:11 it made me emo, the practice is one their bangtantv channel they released it for festa!). the reason i love it so much is because you can see how much they refined it during the performance. also they have a whole making dvd which is like gold to me. the dance practices that are polished (which are the majority) are their official ones because these are the ones they come back to watch when they have to relearn it in the future when they perform it again.

6:15 i'm glad you talked about this! in choreos whenever there's a moment to rest i will take it!! but on the other hand, moments of stillness can feel like punishment too. in the fake love choreo which is super demanding, during the bridge there is a moment where all the members are still and v and jimin walk towards each other while singing and turn each other while walking to the others' position (so essentially they swap places). that part i feel like would be so unforgiving after such intense choreo but they have delivered it stably continuously it's one of my favourite parts. during the ptd concert v was injured so he couldn't take part in the choreo but he came up for this part and jimin actually hugged him they're so cute

Just cause in your opinion jk, jimin, and jhope are better doesn't mean that Taehyung isn't as talented as well when it comes to dancing. The thing is I've seen numerous reactors point out JK for his excellent dancing skills and not Tae. So if your looking for specific reactions for your bias then you really are just looking for specific reactions of what you want to hear. I agree with one youtuber who's bias is jhope that has stated prior on his channel that if he doesn't mention a specific member doesn't mean they don't acknowledge them nor does it mean that they are haters/antis if they can't compliment them every single time. Anyways, I've seen this channel acknowledge everyone when it comes to dancing and singing in various videos on their channel.

What i like about jungkook is he's the combination of jhope and jimin. He knows where to put his energy in every choreography. His fluidity and preciousness. His charisma and overall performances. I know jimin and jhope were the main dancers, i mean jhope dances is incredible but there's something about jungkook that you can't overlook. He will draw your attention. While V is gradually improving that made him be part of dance line now, especially in his stage presence that can caught your attention. I also always wonder if suga didn't had the accident, how hard can we see him dance?! That would be sick as well. RM and Jin were commendable to caught up with every choreography knowing they're not dancers but now they also improved ao much esp Jin, he really improved a lot, his hardwork is paying off.

Yoongi was absent on butter era because he is recovering from operation But on permission to dance concert, the one that injured was tae, he injured his leg when rehearsing, but he was nkt absent, just not doing all the choreo.

i wanna thank u for your insights because at 30:09 which is the mma 2020 practice, my dumb*ss didn't even clock that the reason they could've dressed like that for practical purposes i thought they just did it for the aesthetic lmao. it makes a lot of sense too because i remember for the mma 2019 solo performances (which they also have practices for) taehyung was wearing what he wore here (26:11) because it was the same day but when they were doing dress rehearsal for the actual performance he said the suit for his solo was quite restricting. so maybe they chose to wear similar clothing to performance so they could get used to it

Actually the “amoeba dance” is prettier on stage as the full formation is lengthier which couldnt be done in the small practice room. Thats why it looks like there are gaps in formation.

i tried to learn a bts choreo and never again (it was boy with luv which is one of the simpler ones in comparison to their other ones but i still couldn't do it properly lmaooo). bts have said their hardest choreos are danger, idol, jimin said the mic drop dance break, and obviously ON. i can't even imagine doing danger i can actually cry thinking about it. the formations and the intensity of each move just looks like body ache in the making 😭😂

That was actually planned because it was shown in practice as well. There are 7 of them so backup dancers got 2 chairs each which make 6 so he had to wait 1 second for the 7th chair. But it was practiced like that

Never saw most of these dance breaks and it's so satisfying to watch. They really had some hard choreos during the start . Love how jk rocks and does his part in the center's so well . I really want to see jhope in the center's frequently bcz I don't really feel he has chances to show much of his talent (just my thought) . And what do I say about mic drop lol, it was the song that got me into BTS and also my bias lol. V literally freaking captures me in that dance break , he looks so smooth and so clean while doing those moves . I feel jin and RM have improved so much that they match and do the choreos so well(I feel Suga has always been good) . And jimin well he's my favourite dancer in BTS (tho I liked jhope first bcz of his dance style which I love the most , but bcz I couldn't really see much of him , jimin made his way through), that's all.
