30g ( Margarine ) 2 tbsp
135g ( Sugar ) 2/3 cup
3 ( Eggs ) 50-55g
150g ( Cake Flour / AP Flour ) 1cup
3g ( Baking Powder ) 1 tsp
15ml ( Fresh Milk ) 1 tbsp
• Baking Pan size "18x10x7cm"
• Preheated oven
Temperature 170°c ( 45-55 minutes )

Hello 👋 Thank you for sharing the recipe. I have just made this cake but I reduced the sugar at least 5g. The texture was soft. It tasted milk slightly even though I followed the recipe closely. I used 7’inch pan because I only had that! Just one thing, some parts of the cake were dense. I have stored the cake in the fridge. I hope my family will love it 🥰. Thank you!
