I love the video and seeing daily tasks how u do it in your part of the world:-) , very relaxing and inspiring! May I ask for more details about how you handle the banana fruit? Why you do not leave it on the tree until its yellow and why then in black bag, any reasons/purpose behind it?

Hello 👋, thanks for your lovely comment. A farmer told me to do that because these organic bananas go from green to black so you need to pick them just before they go black and slowly ripen them in a dark bag. Where are you from?
