NICE new goal jesse!! I started running/ training with kathy around that lake, she was out there 3 or 4 times a week getting it in. Her consistency helped me show up and have a partner to do it with. I had to start with running down the hills and going as far as my body would propel me and then walking until the next hill, it's a start but it helped me and maybe it will help you! Building on that method, the running would keep going until I rounded the bend and I couldn't stop until I got there.. and it kept going and going until I was running up hill (not often, but good training for spartan mountains in asheville) keep up the great work bud!!
