When you change country you also need to adapt to new viruses and bacteria. I'm spanish, and in Spain there is a lot of influenza. Hotspots for catching it are at cafe, elevators and small supermarkets.

Hadar, so glad you are doing better now! 🤗❤️ I could tell that you were sick in the live class, but you were so resilient! Take care! Hope you get fully recovered soon.❤ 🤗 Your experience also reminds me of being ok to slow down and enjoying TV with my husband at night.

I can still remember my first flu when I moved out. I was lying there with a high temperature, half dead, thinking: What now? It was a moment when I realized that I was now living alone. It was terrible. I wish you a speedy and complete recovery. And that you stay healthy from now on, now that you know what it's like to get sick in new surroundings.

Hi teacher, I'm glad you are better now. you just brought back to my memory many times,I was in the same situation 20 years ago when I moved to USA. But it is incredible how we learn and adapt now is happening backers when I need to use the dr in my born town. Thanks for sharing with us. Have beautiful day.

I thank your body for giving in. This reminded you that you have a wonderful family. This made you understand that even if you are far from your mother, there are the girls and your husband. Now you live in a new country, in a new house, in a new reality. Make it become; your country, your home, your reality. It's the only way to ease the pain of being separated from your loved ones.❤I can't wait to see you on tomorrow's live where I will join the family.

No worries Hadar. In spanish we say ¨vaya trancazo que tengo¨ meanings Flu hit my head and bones. Old spanish GP says: you need seven days with hot milk and brandy to get better. 😊

Get well, Hadar, we are here for you 💚 I was catching up with the previous episodes and I can not stress enough how VALUABLE they all are! What really impresses me is your ability to turn your personal experiences into tips and guidance for others. Also, there are so many things I can relate to, and I assume, many of us here. As you said in one of the episodes those are little, random or everyday things that make up the LIFE we live. And something that made me smile and be even more connected to you is hearing that you are a vegetarian. 💛
