My voltaic is such a nice knife. Classy looks. I had hoped they would have come out with Ti version. My only complaint on this knife is the weight from the steel frame. I suppose I could remove the G10 and drill my own holes for weight reduction.

I see it all the time on knife videos. I’ve even seen it in comments from actual knife designers. There are a lot of knives and steels I don’t like. Doesn’t mean they are garbage. Everyone raves about Spyderco. Don’t like them at all. Doesn’t mean they are garbage. Just miserable people wanting to make everyone around them as miserable as they are.

CRKT pilar 8cr for 45 bucks? buck 420HC for 40 bucks? they might not be literal garbage but I just picked first 2 and already in terms of materials you can get 14c28n+micarta/g10 with great action for under 40 bucks all day every day, even under 30 sometimes. Monikala knives which is one of the 2-3 good ones you mentioned is literally a titanium framelock with 14c for almost same 40 bucks.
