it truly is. i lived in the non west for a decade. you never hear about or see these issues (at least where I lived). U rarely hear or see about drugs or ghettos. its truly a western concept. they take everything to the extreme. Perversion, drugs, wars, crime, social factors, slavery. You have these issues everywhere, but only the west consistently takes them to the highest degree. In a place like the middle east, even when it happens, it doesnt usually reach the police until the pervert already saw justice from the community around them. Like this guy, on the other hand, they are raised on pedestals and community justice is punished more so than the perverts committing these disgusting crimes. Police would get riled up if the victims father beats the perpetrator. But the perpetrator just gets walked to the station and slapped on the wrist.
