The agenda animation are voiceless here and I actually prefer this way. Wish that the alternate personas of Saladin, Suleiman, Qin and Cleopatra didn't reused the old persona's agenda voicelines.

Also her dislike agenda dialogue has a fervent level of snide to it that is befitting to Victoria, very much so.

Saladin's agenda is the same i think in both versions but subtitles are different for some reason

That's actually my fault. When I record these I turn down all the volume sliders except for the voices. The fan sounds are probably part of the ambient track.

No, this kind fashion became popular later in her life. This would be like seeing a picture of your grandmother in her youth wearing clothes of today

This is later Victorian era and Edwardian era clothing. It’s important to remember that most of our photos of Victoria are AFTER Albert’s death, when she wore mourning clothes for the rest of her life (similarly to Emperor Charles V).

I've seen a lot of pictures of Victoria when she was young and older, never saw any where she was dressed like this. I think it's more fan fiction. Usually Civ does a good job trying to be honor historical peoples.@@thenablade858
