Sid Please reply on this ;- What I feel is whatever habit you have formed, it will be stored in the subconscious forever that acts like a function or subroutine that will never be washed, but if you are making another habit that opposes it is also getting stored in the subconscious and performing it actively in a repeated manner will set it to default habit since two complementary habits can never operate simultaneously. But in future if the old bad habit is triggered or called again, the subconscious knows how to activate it again. Even for hypnosis, basically this method or way of calling the bad habit again in future is blocked so as to conserve one from accessing it and making it operational but the memory lasts forever in subconscious and can't be deleted.

Excellent Podcast Dr Siddharth. Great learning experience. I used NLP for my Mbbs entrance exams. Learned it from Dr Dayal Mirchandani’s book ‘Superperformance Learning’ The book spoke about three types of readers: visual, auditory, and Kinesthetic. But today I learned thanks to your podcast how to apply NLP in daily living! Wonderful podcast! Thank you!

The point of view on my mind, just my suggestion is There is nothing like a magic, law of attraction ect... Just thinking that my project is going to be 80 percent successful is not make any sense, you should detailly know what thing is going to make my project 80 percent success, what are the main thing should be properly organized in my project ect... projects.without studying this things and just believing that my project is going to be successful 100 percentages is never make any sense, magic, law of attraction ect.... I just shared the thing I my mind,if you feel it's not like that you may explain this concept here

That’s right but most people struggle with even starting off with something. So I guess NLP is great for ‘em. Obviously, no doctor can tell the process, that’s something we gotta figure out on our own. But for us to begin with our tasks and not get distracted, NLP’s a great thing if you can successfully pull it off (my opinion)
