They will have to defer from the books at some point when it comes to the age of characters because unlike animated shows, live action characters are gonna age 😂. Theyll probably have to extend the duration of the war in the live action series to explain aangs actor aging because he is probably gonna be like 17 or 20 plus by the time they reach the final arc based on how long it will take them to film future season so instead of the war taking a few months in the animated series theyre gonna have to make it a few years.

I think Aang doesn't fly like that, he just floats in the air using air bending to hold him. Because he can only do it in small environments, when he needs to travel quite far he uses a glider and doesn't fly, right?

I grew up on the original, but the Netflix series is superior to book one. Screw the haters and puriststs

The only thing the series did better is the violence and showing things the animated show didn't like the attack on the air normads. That's pretty much it but the show is still really good though. Alot better than most animated show adaptations if not all. Enjoying it so far.

@@calebstephan2083 There are many things I adore about this adaptation in comparison to the animated show. I love the reveal about Zuko's crew, I love all the depth added to Bumi, Yue, Suki and Azula, I love Katara having to struggle with her waterbending but slowly mastering it by learning more about the values of the element, I love the extended Agni Kai flashback, I love how different episodes were mixed together and still got the same stories across, I love the acting, I love how real the world feels and that Momo has his moments to shine...I love that we learn more about past Avatars and how different they are from one another, I love the much more balanced humor, I love the bond between Sokka and Katara, I love the beautiful acting performances...

I wouldn't say better, but it's absolutely amazing and I enjoyed every second of the remake (except Yue, Yue was awful) But yeah, the reveal of Zuko's crew is one of the best changes they've made.

That's not fly, he just using air to float his self up. Also, airbenders can't fly unless they don't have bond with a bison or earthly attachments they can fly.

Zuko’s scar is way too small and has an eyebrow growing on it (hair can not grow on scar tissue), most of the eye colors are wrong and Sokka never gets his facepaint or makeup. Why’d they gender swap the village leader on Kyoshi island lol
