That doesn't work so well at my gym. That underhook arm gets trapped then your f***'d lol something you gotta be quick with. I do use this just not with the higher ranks.

And what if they keep their arms tight even after the bridge? I tried it yesterday a couple times while rolling and I couldn't get my arm in for the underhook.

It happens, sometimes they stay so committed that the bridge actually rolls them over ... Wait for them to make a move and bridge again, if they are dedicated to the pin you are gonna have to WORK and nothing will be easy ... Once they attack bridge 👌🏻
