Preparation of Poori masala in Simple and easy method.
Poori Masala
Ingredients
Boiled potato - 3
Oil - 1 tbl spoon
Mustard - ½ tea spoon
Chana dal - ½ tea spoon
Onion - 2
Finely chopped ginger - ½ tea spoon
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder - ¼ tea spoon
Salt
Gram flour - 1 tbl spoon
